Terms of Service

MyCPD is a professional continuing development tracking platform intended for healthcare professionals. By using it you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and CPD records.
• Use the platform only for legitimate professional development purposes.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.
• Not use the platform to store, distribute, or process illegal content.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must:

• Keep your account information accurate and up to date.
• Not share your account with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at info@newbeepublication.com.

Each subscription covers a single named individual. Accounts are non-transferable.

• Subscriptions are billed annually and renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You will receive reminder emails before renewal.
• All prices are in Euro (€) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Free trials are provided for 14 days. No credit card is required for a free trial.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.

After 14 days, refunds are granted at our discretion in cases of:

• Technical failure that prevented you from using the service.
• Billing errors or duplicate charges.

Refund requests should be sent to info@newbeepublication.com with your account email and reason.

Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods after the 14-day window unless required by Irish consumer law.

MyCPD is a tracking and record-keeping tool. It does not constitute professional, legal, regulatory, or medical advice.

CPD records created in the platform are based on information you provide. We do not independently verify the accuracy or completeness of your CPD records. You are solely responsible for ensuring your CPD meets the requirements of your professional regulatory body (e.g. CORU, HCPC, NMBI).

The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to uninterrupted service availability or fitness for a specific regulatory purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Irish and EU law, Newbee Publication shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
• Loss of data due to factors beyond our reasonable control.
• Regulatory non-compliance arising from inaccurate CPD records entered by the user.
• Any losses arising from third-party service interruptions (e.g. payment processors, OAuth providers).

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

You may delete your account at any time via your Profile page. Your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under EU law.
